1. Payment Method

  • Leah Gadget offers Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected when your order is delivered.

2. Inspection on Delivery

  • Please inspect your product thoroughly at the time of delivery.

  • If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, do not accept the delivery or notify the delivery person immediately.

3. Reporting Issues

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.

4. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect items sent by Leah Gadget.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed promptly. Since payment was made via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via a mutually agreed method.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
